Middle School Volleyball

What a beginning to the middle school volleyball season! Thirty-five young ladies attended tryouts and head Coach Carolyn Lemm and assistant coach Bathe had enough girls to field 2 competitive and 1 developmental team.

The A and B teams are currently in the mix in district competition. "We started slow, but are gaining momentum with our athletic crew," says Coach Lemm. " Many are new to the game, but the girls have adopted an attitude of 'it’s not how you begin, but how you finish!”

The A and B team District Tournament will take place October 11 at The Woodlands Christian Academy. Plan to attend and cheer the middle school girls to a Cougar victory.

Congratulations to the following middle school girls who represented NCS for the 2014 year!

  1. Wow!! Volleyball is a really popular sport. I live in New York City and love to participate in various sports events in NYC. You know I have won lots of prizes in football and Volleyball games. Performing in inter college events is always a great fun. What do you think guys?
