Excellence in Athletics

At the conclusion of the middle school and high school Cougar sports seasons, the Northland Booster Club hosted a banquet for each, celebrating the accomplishments of the teams and athletes. Over 140 attended the middle school banquet on April 29th and attendees for the high school banquet totaled over 200, with half of those being athletes!  Thank you families, for “supporting the sports”!  We loved seeing all our teams and their proud parents under one roof.

The Booster Club continued its tradition of underwriting dinner for each athlete, trainer and coach and also subsidizing a portion of the ticket amount for each paying guest.  While our wish is to one day offer this banquet at no cost to everyone attending, we continue to steadfastly believe that every available dollar be spent on equipment and supplies which directly benefit our athletic department.  Annual memberships, concession sales and fundraisers provide us with just enough revenue to cover the items we purchase for our various teams.
